Today's post is dedicated to and inspired by Russell Ackoff, one of my favorite Systems Thinkers. The post is centered around a key "lens" that Systems Thinking teaches us (which Ackoff was a huge proponent of)... It is the lens of "efficiency vs effectiveness".
